TERMS OF USE

Welcome to Creator's Club Membership. Before you can start using this service, you must read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, including any future amendments. By using this membership, you signify your consent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the membership.

Terms and Conditions

The membership is not transferable. Club members are required to show ID when checking out for your monthly piece of pottery to insure you are indeed enrolled in the Creator's Club. Membership cost is limited to one pottery piece per month, as long as the member is in good standing. Can not be used with more than one piece of pottery per month. The monthly membership cost is not cumulative. If you do not redeem your membership credit for your one piece for that month, either by painting in studio or taking home, you lose your membership credit for that month. You may give your piece or allow someone else to paint it as long as the membership holder is the one to 'check out' the item at the counter by a Create it! employee.

If you can not come in to paint your monthly membership item, you can take home your piece for that month. However, the membership club holder must be the one to pick up the piece; it will not be given to anyone else. Price of to-go paint kits are not included.

Membership monthly cost can not be redeemed or used toward another item except pottery. Membership monthly cost can not be redeemed or used toward a gift certificate, birthday party package, party room rental, studio rental, class or event.

Membership holders can not use their monthly credit toward a special order piece of pottery. However, membership holders may use all pottery glazes throughout the months they are in good standing with the membership.

Payment and Refunds

If paying by debit card or credit card, you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card for all fees and charges due and payable to Create it!, without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt. You also agree Create it! is authorized to share any payment information and instructions required to complete the payment transactions with its third-party payment service providers (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services).

In the event that payment is not received by the due date, you will have a three (3) day grace period to make the payment otherwise we reserve the right to terminate your Creator's Club membership.

By clicking on the box when signing up at Create it!, you are providing the electronic equivalent of your signature and assert that you have read, understood and agreed to this entire document.
